Went today to make a payment and the old man there is very very rude. Also think he needs to be on medication or didn't take his medication. He yelled at me and said he couldn't do my payment. I don't know why he was so mad. He started pounding his hands on his desk and shouting real loud. He really needs to be admitted somewhere. His behavior was very scary and very ugly. And all I wanted to do was make a payment. I wasn't even rude to him. Been a customer for years.
