Consumers may provide:

• Name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code when submitting an inquiry or using the Coverage Checkup tool.
• Insurance needs, coverage types, and household details entered through the AI Concierge or Coverage Checkup.
• Ratings, reviews, or feedback submitted through the Services.

Advisors may provide:

• Agency name, contact information, and business email during registration or profile setup.
• License numbers, carrier affiliations, coverage lines, and service areas entered or confirmed through the portal.
• Billing information processed through our payment provider.
• Portal login credentials and lead recipient email addresses.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data, including:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and navigation paths.
• Referral source (how you arrived at the Site).
• Search queries entered within the Services.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. These may include:

• Essential cookies — required for core functionality such as session management and security.
• Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., page views, traffic sources, bounce rates).

2.4 Data from Third-Party Sources

• Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) public records — including license numbers, appointed lines, and agency addresses for advisor profiles.
• Third-party business data providers — including publicly available business information such as addresses, phone numbers, hours, and ratings used to enrich advisor profiles.

2.5 AI Interaction Data

When you use the AI Concierge or Coverage Checkup, your inputs — including coverage questions, household details, and ZIP code — are processed by our AI systems to generate responses. These interactions may be logged and reviewed by FairlyInsured to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs. We do not use your AI interaction data to train external AI models without your consent.

4.1 With Advisors

When a consumer submits an inquiry through the Services, their contact information and inquiry details are routed to one or more advisors based on matching criteria. By submitting an inquiry, consumers consent to this routing. Advisors who receive lead data are bound by our Terms of Use, which prohibit sharing or reselling consumer information.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including:

• Cloud infrastructure and database providers.
• Email delivery providers.
• Payment processors for advisor billing.
• Analytics providers.
• AI processing providers.

These vendors are permitted to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.

4.3 With Marketing or Data Partners

We do not currently sell or share consumer personal information with third-party marketers or data brokers. We may do so in the future, in which case we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and opt-out mechanisms before doing so.

4.4 Business Transfers

If FairlyInsured is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change through the Services or by email.

4.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of FairlyInsured, our users, or the public.

4.6 Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated or de-identified data — which cannot reasonably be used to identify you — with partners, researchers, or the public for purposes such as market analysis, platform benchmarking, or product development.

6.1 Communications

You may opt out of non-transactional emails (such as newsletters or marketing messages) by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us at support@fairlyinsured.com. Transactional messages related to your account or active leads cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

6.2 SMS Messages

If you have opted in to text message communications, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. See the SMS section of our Terms of Use for additional details.

6.3 Cookies

You can adjust cookie settings through your browser. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features.

6.4 Texas Privacy Rights

Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect and how it is used.
• Access a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale of personal data or its use for targeted advertising.
