Consumers may provide:
- Name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code when submitting an inquiry or using the Coverage Checkup tool.
- Insurance needs, coverage types, and household details entered through the AI Concierge or Coverage Checkup.
- Ratings, reviews, or feedback submitted through the Services.
Advisors may provide:
- Agency name, contact information, and business email during registration or profile setup.
- License numbers, carrier affiliations, coverage lines, and service areas entered or confirmed through the portal.
- Billing information processed through our payment provider.
- Portal login credentials and lead recipient email addresses.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data, including:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and navigation paths.
- Referral source (how you arrived at the Site).

When you use the AI Concierge or Coverage Checkup, your inputs — including coverage questions, household details, and ZIP code — are processed by our AI systems to generate responses. These interactions may be logged and reviewed by FairlyInsured to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs. We do not use your AI interaction data to train external AI models without your consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and deliver the Services, including advisor matching, lead routing, and profile display.
- Respond to inquiries and route consumer requests to relevant advisors.
- Personalize your experience and improve the relevance of advisor recommendations.
- Generate AI-assisted content such as Concierge responses, Coverage Checkup summaries, and advisor playbooks.
- Send transactional communications — including account confirmations, lead notifications, and billing receipts.
- Send platform updates, feature announcements, or educational content where you have opted in.
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Services and identify technical issues.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With Advisors
When a consumer submits an inquiry through the Services, their contact information and inquiry details are routed to one or more advisors based on matching criteria. By submitting an inquiry, consumers consent to this routing. Advisors who receive lead data are bound by our Terms of Use, which prohibit sharing or reselling consumer information.
4.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including:
- Cloud infrastructure and database providers.
- Email delivery providers.
- Payment processors for advisor billing.
- Analytics providers.
- AI processing providers.
These vendors are permitted to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.
4.3 With Marketing or Data Partners
We do not currently sell or share consumer personal information with third-party marketers or data brokers. We may do so in the future, in which case we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and opt-out mechanisms before doing so.
4.4 Business Transfers
If FairlyInsured is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change through the Services or by email.

6.1 Communications

Transactional messages related to your account or active leads cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Lead data associated with advisor accounts is retained for the duration of the advisor's subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 6.4.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. These include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never gain access to your information. 9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
