I used Hayley at Gregg County Title for a sales transaction, and when I sold my home I never received my fund! I have made this claim with TDI and will be following up with a huge lawsuit to this company. Hayley is extremely rude and does not respond to emails. If ever in Longview I absolutely recommend you to steer far away from this title company. I would advise to go to another title company that responds, and makes sure that your title is clear. Purchasing a house with this title company is not best decision if you want to ensure your title is clean.
