I have had Sue as my agent for a long time. She is very friendly, and responds promptly to any questions I have. When I bought my home she took care of all the new homeowner’s insurance stuff that I had no clue about. She walked me through what was needed by the mortgage company, what the minimums for coverage are legally allowed to be, and what sorts of additional coverage should be purchased. It is very reassuring to have an expert walk you through this stuff, because you never know what you need and don’t have until you file the claim if you just buy from some online website. About 6 months ago we had a pretty bad hail storm and I was bracing myself for all the surprises that would come with having my roof redone. Sue and Donovan (another great person that works at ARM!) helped me all the way through the process, and the only surprise I had was that there were no surprises! I can’t tell you how many horror stories I hear about “this thing isn't covered” or “That exceeded your limits” from other people, but Sue and Donovan did an excellent job making sure my policy would cover me when I needed it, and they held my hand all the way through the claims process. Come see these folks if you don’t have a real agent to talk to, or the one you have doesn't return your calls! They are awesome!

The absolute worst agency I've ever dealt with. Poor or non-existent followup on coverage and change requests, and inexcusable delays on every transaction. Currently I have been waiting 75 days to receive the return premium of a policy I canceled long ago, with the promise I'd receive the refund no longer than 45 days. Quality has really declined in the past few years. If you look at the higher rated reviews, you will see that most are from 5-7 years ago

I called ARM in a panic, as I had an event coming up and was given a deadline of just a few hours to obtain liability insurance. I worked with Donovan at ARM and I can't say enough great things about the way he handled my situation. He was patient, accommodating and shared my sense of urgency to get this done at the best price. Hands down would use him for all of my commercial needs!
