Maria baca is incredibly unprofessional. I had car insurance with her for about a year and everything was fine for the most part. Toward the end of my policy, I tried to contact her offices around the end of December so that I could renew my policy. I called multiple times, and left two very polite voicemails . I figured the issue was that the holidays were here and everyone must be with their families--no problem! Unfortunately that wasn't the case . Not only did no one in her office ever get back to me, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. What kind of office blocks their clients phone numbers so that they can avoid providing service they're being paid to provide? Don't waste your time with these people, I can't imagine a worse company to give my money to. Switched over to AAA because at least they're reliable and not out here scamming people.
