Went in because we had opened some new accounts and we were not able to transfer funds between the old and new accounts. Ariel Garcia however was amazing and got us foxed up in a matter of moments! She was also extremely pleasant and friendly! If she is there anytime I need anything she will be who I speak with! My son enjoyed getting to speak with her as well and she had loads of patients with both of us seeing as how he is only two! lol Thank you Ariel for all your help and your professionalism!

I had a wonderful experience with Access Community Credit Union during my visit. Nathan was incredibly patient, kind, and informative throughout everything. He took the time to explain each step, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood the process completely. Jaime was also amazing. She was very kind, professional, and quick when it came to getting all of the paperwork completed for the refinancing.
