Don't waste your time with this company. I contacted them through their website. They did respond promptly. However, that is the only good thing that happened. I was shopping for homeowner's insurance. I also mentioned that they could also quote the auto but I drove for uber and needed the endorsement. That is all Jason read. I then responded to him and let him know that I wasn't looking for auto but for homeowners. His response was that he didn't think the company I was with would allow me to only have one form of business. I responded that I was planning on leaving them. From that point I never heard back from him. Jason is supposedly a principle of the company. If that is true and this is how he responds to potential new business and attention to detail, I can only imagine how an associate would be. My recommendation STAY AWAY.

Jason is fabulous! We were getting dropped by our old provider because we had a few claims, but nothing in my mind that would warrant us getting dropped. He was able to get us an affordable policy with a well known carrier because of his relationships and hard work, something we may not have gotten with another agent. I know I can always message him with random questions relating to our policy and he'll give me truthful, quick responses. Couldn't recommend anyone more!

I am very confident in Jason Guttenberg's knowledge, educational approach, and responsiveness to his clients' needs. I've referred several of my clients to Jason for a second opinion on their insurance (home, auto, umbrella, disability income, etc.). He doesn't treat the engagement as an "opportunity to sell a product", like many insurance people out there. Jason truly advises his clients and will very clearly show them any opportunities to improve their coverage. There are cases where Jason's analysis does not uncover any areas of improvement of a client's current policy; he will be honest with the client and not try to "fit a square peg in a round hole". For these reasons I can say that Jason has demonstrated what it looks like to act in the best interest of his clients.
