Absolutely no love.... the credit union I had as a child growing up into an adult here in Amarillo. Some people get affected by life and need to be safely rebuilt financially. This institution is not for those people anymore. A sad day In Amarillo to see.

It's really hard to speak to someone w/o always having to wait when l call. There's been a lot of times where l just hung up the phone. I was on hold so long. Today when l called I had to deal with AI. That wasn't so bad but when l was transferred to the correct department. I was told by the aautomated system my debit information l gave wasn't correct and l couldn't be helped over the phone. Therefore l had to go to the Credit Union because l wasn't getting anywhere over the telephone. I explained to the person what l went through over the phone. I asked her to call the number and listen to the message as to why l was denied being to talk to someone over phone. That person did not want to fool with it and told me there was nothing wrong. It's not like she was busy because she wasn't. So Therefore l still did not find out the reason why l wasn't able to handle my issue over the phone instead of having to drive out of my way.

Everything went great Hannah was awsome and a great help in figuring out what was going on plus mom was talking to Alexis as well since im hearing impaired so hopefully we got it straighten out.
