Worst experience ever going with Goosehead. Good luck ever getting anyone live to talk to. Had a policy and cancelled it only to find out later it was billed to mortgage company. Tried and Tried and Tried to cancel and get refund. No luck. Simply sad company in Goosehead to deal with .

Contacted this agent after another Goosehead agent ghosted me. The first agent, Jarad Scelfo, wrote all my policies then disappeared. I actually got ahold of him once and he hung up on me. All I said was I had some questions. It’s the first time we’ve owned beach front property. With Adam, I requested a quote. Adam got my information. Apologized for the previous agents unprofessional conduct and promised he could definitely help. Adam then ghosted too. I guess it’s just how Goosehead operates. Do not hire anyone from Goosehead. Home insurance is serious business.

My insurance was canceled on two homes. He insured my home under someone else name. He charged me $7000 and I found two other agents that charged me $3200 for the same insurance. In two years he has never answered the phone you have to leave a message and hope that he gets back to you.
