If I could give zero stars I would. My mom has been going to them for years. She is out of town and had make payment... they asked for a 500 renewal fee in cash or check only. After investing this is something the agency charges and is not part of the insurance. She still had to pay 160 monthly. I called to get a quote she is now paying 160. No renewal fee. They also told her that the price was because of her age. It's homeowners insurance not health or life. Very disappointed they take advantage of Spanish speaking community.
