My auto insurance was not going to get renewed (3 teenagers…need I say more) so I contacted Scott at goosehead. He only needed my declaration pages from my current insurance and was able to find both auto and home insurance companies that had similar coverage to what I currently had. He gave me a few options to choose from and discussed any differences in coverage thoroughly. He even saved me quite a bit of money. When there was an issue with one insurance, due to their requirements we couldn’t fulfill, Scott found me another company and he and Jennifer were able to seamlessly switch me over to the new coverage. They were there for every step of the way, during what can be a frustrating process, and made it easy and painless. And the best part of it all, they do this service for no charge to us clients.
