This place is horrible. I did all my paperwork through an email then received a letter stating that I was being cancelled due to not submitting my paperwork. When I called it just so happened they found the email. Then I was quoted one price paid my first month then received an email stating that I still owed my payment and that it went up 70.00. Then every time I called to discuss the payment I was always told that Ms. Talmantez would call me back because she was with a customer or she wasn’t there and they would relay the message to her. Then when I called and she was finally there was put on hold for 45 minutes. This is horrible customer service.

I was about to start my insurance policy and they lady that was helping me she had an attitude no wonder that place is empty. I told her where the vin was at and she said in a rude way I know where it is at. Trying to be smart with me. That's not how you treat customer and not even a smile to make you feel comfortable. Didn't get her name but she's a Hispanic lady
