I have used Advance Senior Options for the past 3 yrs(I did it myself online the first time, NEVER AGAIN!) and was very confused and felt like I had made the wrong selection. Thom interviewed me, he asked questions to determine my needs and then showed me the plans that best met my needs. He made it seem so easy that last year I thought I could do it myself, what a mistake. I had to call and ask Thom to PLEASE fit me in his busy schedule. It was only a few days left to make a selection, so I thought I would just stay with the plan I was on.
