Worst company I have ever seen, they can get their stuff right. Their management and employees are the worst, they do whatever they want and don't even listen to their clients. Being a Disabled Veteran I think we deserve some respect, I'm not asking for a special treatment but at least do your job correctly. So Fellow Veterans be careful, these people just want your hard earned money. I don't recommend them, I'll give them a 0 star if I could. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and I recommend you do the same. They can care less about their clients.

Extremely poor service since acquired by Acrisure. Been with Access Insurance for more that 10 yrs and never had any issues. Cero communication and accountability from their rep Darnelle Minnick and manager David Butler. Very low way to conduct business. Gave me a quote and wanted to charge a higher amount. This is so unprofessional and a total fraud. DO NOT use them!

My homeowners policy doubled with no explanation, no claims and no notice to me. My calls to this company were not returned. Had to call an 800 number and be transferred many times because my info in their system was not correct. I do not recommend. Very poor service.
