I feel completely betrayed by AKS Insurance. After weeks of waiting for proper help and communication, I came realized that this company operates with poor management and a serious lack of professionalism. They make promises they don’t fulfill and constantly avoid ownership of their own mistakes. so far they have taken an x amount of money and can't provide any information on when we are getting a refund since we cancelled everything after they got caught in all the lies and false help.i had to call the insurances to try to cancel and the premiums that where paid to these companies are no where near the high dollar amount paid to AKS. Please be aware people , from our personal experience here.
