If I could enter a negative star as a review I would enter that. I have called repeatedly as a lienholder to verify a policy. The woman that answers the phone takes my number, says someone will call me back and no one does. I called again and got the same service ( no one available to help, takes my number and no one calls back) and when I asked for a manager: I was told the manager is available after 6pm. They close at 6... How is that !?!?!?! So I called again today... same lady with same voice asks if I was called yesterday, then she said she will definitely text some one to call me back today. I asked why she did not "text" someone before: she says cause that is the rule. Really ???? Its a phone call.... I am not even walking in.
