I started with Ray and his family about 10 years ago. I live on the other side of Fort Worth, and even though I could just call and pay my installments over the phone, I don’t. I love going to see them and paying in person. They are family owned and operated, and they take good care of people. (Except Ray is getting up there, and can't get my name right....Ray. 😃😃😃😃 It's an inside joke.) But that is exactly WHY I love these people. I can't say I have ever "loved the day I have to go pay my insurance." But I absolutely love that day. Whether I sit and talk to Ray for an hour about football, or golf, or just life, I always leave there with a smile on my face, and my day a little better. But his wife and daughters are just as fun. (Mainly because we just talk about Ray, and laugh at him.😊) There is not a better insurance family in Fort Worth. Without question. End of discussion. They make you feel like family.
