If you’re considering purchasing homeowners insurance from Liberty Mutual/Safeco, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience with one if there third-party claims representative, ALL-Cat my claim was denied at first without any inspection of the property. I was also informed in writing that I had made “threats” during prior communications, with the Adjuster something I completely dispute. After that allegation, all communication was restricted to email only, making it difficult to resolve the situation fairly. The overall process felt one-sided and unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Rude employee, disrespectful. Filed a claim for wind/water damage in/on roof. Arrived at my house before appt time. I wanted to be present to ensure access instead the agent did a half job, did not inspect all damage. Bottom of the barrel service. Disrespecting disabled veterans because you are in a rush is not acceptable. This place is just collecting a paycheck that is all wasting the peoples time and money.

I have read many of the reviews. I would like to make you all aware that USAA has gone DEI and Woke. I am not slandering them I am stating their own actions. They have also decided they want to follow the Allstate model of deny with the knowledge most people wont or cant dispute. Time to shop around and support an American first company. many generations of my family are military and had utilized USAA. I have been an adjuster for many years and have had many friends complain of the changes to USAA. May the company and others like them who have decided that taking care of their customers is not as important as taking care of the bankers and wall street wake up.
