Unfortunately, my experience with this insurance company has been very disappointing. The business feels extremely unorganized, and it shows in the day-to-day service. The owner is very nice and seems well-intentioned, but he does not appear able to keep up with the demands of running the business. There seems to be a lack of proper support or staff to handle daily operations efficiently, which leads to delays and confusion. At this point, the company feels like it’s struggling, and that directly impacts customers. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I have never spoke to such a rude group of people.The only nice person that was attentive was Michelle. Amber, de La Hoya and Dawn Morrisin were very rude.They should not even be working in the industry if they don't have any customer service skills or training.

Hamann Insurance Group came highly recommended to us by a nearby property. We were searching for HOA insurance for our community and oh did they deliver! We saved 20k and have better coverages than we have ever had, thanks to Dennis Hamann and his team! They are amazing to work with, and Dennis has even attended a couple of our HOA board meetings to answer questions from the community. I cannot recommend this firm enough, and especially Dennis. He is always available to answer questions, and is the most knowledgeable insurance guy I have ever met! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!
