Very extremely unprofessional and RUDE ins company - hung up in my face 3 times. 2 men screaming on the phone over each other at me. wouldn't say their name when i asked. sounded like a random guy working out of his basement with his dad. weird and unprofessional do not recommend. and now seeing the reviews i realize this is common LOL a joke of a company.

I was referred by a friend to this agency. The contact name that was given to me was David. I spoke with him and got quotes. When I made the decision to go with this agency after checking with others I then was speaking to Robin on several occasions. I needed insurance for (3) rental properties. I tried to get clarification on the quotes that were given to me. I was told that they were good for 30 days. So I then had to get new quotes. The new quotes were dated May 13, 2024. These quotes were cheaper than the previous ones so I was ok with it. I then made my decision by May 16, 2024. When I called and spoke to Robin on this day, we did not have the same quotes. Then I was told the quotes change everyday. I suggested that she send me the quotes she had so we would have the same information. Her quotes were cheaper than mine. So again I was ok with it. However, when asking questions about what was covered Robin did not have the Customer Service demeanor. When I asked for David, Robin really got rude and said, 'I had the attitude." She said, 'She would have David to call me." He didn't. I called the next day. Robin answered and placed me on hold. I held for 25 minutes before I decided to search the email for another number. David's cell phone was listed. He answered right away while I was still on hold waiting for him to pick up. When I spoke to David he was aware of Robin's version because he asked, 'Was I the one with the 3 properties?" I was never asked my version. So my questions are: How do they stay in or get new business? How many others have been turned off with poor customer service? Three properties and that's the customer service you get? Can you imagine when and if I really need help? And to think my preference has always been to speak with a human. Well not this time! I'll keep looking. Shame on you Robin! Do better! Shame on you too David for not showing concern on what happened and why I requested to speak with you. If this is your business, customer service needs work.
