I was referred here by a coworker when I reached out and the owner himself called me to introduce himself promising to help with the best rates, which I was very pleased with the introduction. I was then helped by Maria who was so helpful and got me a much lower cost on auto. I am very satisfied with switching over to this insurance and will be referring family and friends to Amador Insurance.

Keep scrolling if you want customer service or an accurate quote. My complaint about them still having my down-payment and no policy was referred to as rambling by Rachel. The refund was because they quoted me one amount and took twice the amount. I did not receive policy info. I had to call them Monday as this took place on Sat. Got a new quote all to find out Monday it was just as inaccurate as the initial quote. I was only trying to add a vehicle. I then told the initial policy was only liability no discounts for 249 on a paid off 2014 vehicle and good driving record. PASS THIS COMPANY If you want an accurate quote or your valid complaimt to be treated with customer service instead of rambling as you explain all that has occurred. if you get a policy anyway. Make sure you don't sign for full coverage and get liability. 11days still no refund or policy
