Definitely, none of the women there have experience giving you accurate information about the car insurance they offer. They just spend their time listening to music on their headphones and don't pay any attention to the customer. And besides, they don't give you a good quote. Two months ago I was paying $302, this month we had to pay $1200. The more they charge, the more bonuses they give to people who don't know what they're doing and have no experience. They don't read your policy correctly or explain what the insurance offers. You call them and they don't answer; they hang up one call and pick up another, then say it's a different address just to avoid answering. And they all look angry. The customer doesn't deserve that. I hope the supervisor does something; I hope he's not like the others. and charge what they want with automated payments

This company is money hungry i do not recommend i was initially paying 279 monthly and now there telling me im paying 400 monthly because my ID got flagged since it wasn’t a drivers license but they crearly saw when i was getting insurance that my ID wasn’t a drivers license and not even that they did not call to me to tell me my insurance went up or nothing. KEEP in mind i have my payment in auto so good thing i called beforehand. Then they want to tell me once i submit my drivers license it will take 6 months for the price to go back down again. this is BS!
