Absolutely horrible customer service. I called because I need a car registered and titled that I recently purchased, but I am worried I was missing a part of the title transfer. Irene told me to send her pictures of the title and she responded hours later with price and ignored my concerns and questions. When I called to confirm title could be transferred before I took the 2 hour drive to the office only to be turned away, she told me she will not service me because “I have too many problems and she knows how to do her job.” I have an Aunt who owns the same type of business, but in another state and she confirmed that the way the title is, the DMV will not process it. So essentially Irene was attempting to take my money and fake the title transfer and registration of my vehicle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
