2.7 explains enough but I was hit by one of there customers. I have full coverage of my own which at first couldn’t even get an answer from them but then after going through everything claims wise, these people could not even get me in a rental and it is there responsibility. I was never helped until I had to repeatedly reach out all for me to get my car to the shop and have to end up leaving in my car because Greg Watts and Dennis Owen’s my claim adjusters failed to get me in a rental while repairs were being made. So my car goes unfixed as we speak bc I have to have a car to make it to work. Very sad that these people are fine with themselves leaving a customer in such position. Horrible customer service

Very disappointed in the communication of this company. I have had commercial insurance for nearly 20 years without a single claim. This summer a homeowner filed a frivolous claim and I was never given a single piece of information on anything from beginning to end. What a gut punch to pay thousands of dollars for insurance and they don't even have the decency to contact the client and explain what is happening or their reasoning.

Do not buy insurance with this company, you pay over $7k in payments to them. Then if you get into an accident they will low ball you an offer for a little over $1k total, because they say the damage was from multiple claims so they can charge you 4x the deductible. They don't return calls or emails. Once they finally send you an offer via email after months of waiting for them to assess the damage to your car it will then be months later to received payment in full for your total loss car, we are still waiting on the final payment in fact. It is not a big surprise that if you look up this company on TDI that they have been fined multiple times for this exact behavior.
