Disappointing. I approached this agency with high hopes and left feeling very dejected. Very unwelcoming and honestly unprofessional. I believe it was Amanda that helped us. During our session, I felt very left out in the conversation. Amanda only focused on conversing with my husband and often ignored me throughout the conversation, despite how important this decision was for the both of us. Honestly, I was left feeling very uncomfortable as I felt that Amanda was almost coming onto my husband. Will not be returning and I hope something will be done about Amanda’s performance.
