We went to change the title and they charged us almost $400 and didn't even give us a receipt. The plates were supposed to arrive in a week, but I realized you can do it directly at the Dallas Tax Office for $200. We went to get a refund and they kept $50. Beware, DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, and the woman there is not helpful at all.
