Kayla Wittig today about 9:30 I am in Liberty Texas. I was needing $1,500 and my debit wooden fill that high. I called back to Amoco and Kayla stayed on the line with me do a couple of different hurdles probably mistakes I made. And I was able to get the $1,500 out of the ATM machine. Kayla made me feel that if I'm anywhere in the country and I need access to my money it could be done. I've been with amical a long time I appreciate what she did for me.

Needed to make a money transfer to pay someone. They refused to send the money said they thought I was being scammed. I explained that I know the person personally and to send it, they refused. My husband called them they still refused. Advised me to send a check or try another branch, wouldnt let me send my own money because they decided it was a scam even after I explained it wasnt. Questioned me about who it is, why I need to send them money, etc even after explaining they still refused. Not to mention the lady at the desk was very rude (one of them). Anyways will be changing banks, don’t want a bank that makes decisions of my money for me, no thanks.

I have had an account with this bank over 20 years and lately there has been one issue after another. Sadly, I'm moving out of this bank and no longer trust them with my money.
