Earlier this week, I visited Amplify Credit Union to close out the account of a deceased family member, and I was deeply impressed with the high level of quality service I received. Personal Banker Gabbi Wiltz went above and beyond in answering my questions and providing thoughtful guidance and support during a sensitive process. She even called me later to check in and she followed up with an email. She truly embodies quality customer service. That makes it all the more impressive that her last job had been with the IRS. With people like Gabbi working at Amplify , this credit union is a great place to do business. The branch is also clean and attractive, with good music, a welcoming atmosphere, and convenient free parking. Highly impressed.

I am so grateful that we bank at Amplify! Today has been grueling as it looked like there was some fraud on one of our accounts. Tammy Fiedelman, real estate loan agent, at Amplify, answered the phone. Tammy was so professional and so kind. Tammy was thorough, detailed, and went straight to work. She also kept me in the loop, checking back in with me on the progress. This is very important: any time that I have called Amplify in the past, I have received wonderful customer service, but today, especially, I am so glad that Tammy answered my call; she went above and beyond in helping me. You know, not that fake customer service thing that I understand people have to do, they've been real people while doing their jobs effectively. With a business relationship as intimate as holding all my money, that realness matters a lot
