I tried calling due to an injury at work and just received and email that my claim got denied when I have not spoken to anyone here. Make that make sense. Also Conentra messed all the paperwork up. I injured myself at work. They changed the work related injury to a "none work related injury." They did not physically examine my knee whatsoever. There is now a bump. I was getting treatment at work by taking medicine, ice and heat treatments, and muscle gel. My job sent me to Concentra because the knee injury occurred in November and it is still actively bothering me. It pops every single time I move it. It gives out constantly and sometimes I cannot walk on it. To have Concentra sit in my face and say to just "take ibuprofen and muscle gel" is and absolute disgrace when I have been doing this for months before taking the step and going to see outside help. My mother was a witness to this and has been their since I got injured to the point I went to Concentra. I have witnesses from the time I got injured at work to the times my knee gave out at work!!! Am I getting treated this way because my job paid you all off? It certainly feels like it. My safety team has expressed they regret sending me out because of this whole ordeal. No one here bothered to answer me or listen to my side, so once again: make that make sense. Both Concentra and Anchor just care about getting paid by a multi billion dollar company than to sit and speak to the victims.

I was hurt at work in 2024. This company was my “worker’s comp substitute” provided by the employer at the time of the injury. Initially they did a good job, but as time progressed and my injury continued, they were not so willing. A year later the company allowed and approved my surgery (2025). Following surgery, this company became evasive and reluctant to approve occupational therapy. There was never any wage compensation either. However, it is now a year later (2026) and they still have not covered the fees for surgery or occupational therapy! They will not respond to phone calls, emails- and I am left with the bill. This company is negligent and unscrupulous.

Injured at Amazon , waiting for them to approve an mri. Doctor told me they weren’t allowed to give time off , and gave me restrictions two hours standing and walking max . Amazon still was trying to force me to come to work . Anchor has gone ghost and will not respond to any of my calls or emails . The adjuster Julisa Tarfaoui has not responded to any of my emails or calls
