I had a great overall experience purchasing my car. I originally went in wanting a Pathfinder, but after testing a few options, the team introduced me to the Rogue Rock Creek — and I’m glad they did. Their communication throughout the process was strong, and I really appreciated that they were willing to meet me exactly where I needed to be. The only opportunity I’d call out is around preparation. I was very clear that my time was limited, but the paperwork and finance steps weren’t fully ready when I arrived. This caused the process to take longer than expected and made me late to a meeting. Ensuring all documents and financing are ready ahead of time would make the experience even smoother. But overall the level of service is the reason I bought my fourth car from Ancira. Love my new Rogue!
