I have used this bank for over 35+ years. I have always enjoyed the staff. Always friendly and helpful, but since Linda retired, the service has gone down hill. Linda would always call me personally when my card(s) were compromised and would help me out. My card has been compromised 2 times this past month and not a single person let me know. It is a pain getting a new card and have to call each company that draft my account.

My wife and I have been with this bank for almost 30 years. And now one of our sons and his wife. If there was a six star option I would gladly rate as such. The whole staff has always been very helpful and nothing but nice!! They genuinely care about their customers and customers families!!!
