The operators who answer the call are amazing. They are patient and understanding. However, I’ve been trying to reach my adjuster and he has not answered any of my calls. I’ve left voicemails and still nothing. I called back to the main line and they were able to get me into contact with the manager who is also not answering phone calls. I’m getting frustrated as I have not heard any updates about where I am in my process!!
