Not very good service. I received their brochure in the mail and called them. I spoke to one of their staff members, Sean Summerhill. He was nice on the phone and told me that he was going to mail and e-mail me information. I heard nothing. I was interested in Medicare supplement for me (coming up on 65) and individual insurance for my wife (59). After I did not receive anything for 2 weeks I called again and asked to speak to Sean. He was very nice again and explained that my wife probably had a better deal with her current insurance. However, he stated that he was going to e-mail me information again for my medicare supplement. Weeks have gone by again and I haven't seen or heard a word. I am not going to call their office for a third time. These people are probably spending fortunes on sending out fancy flyers in the mail to people who are coming up on 65, but when I called...no follow-up whatsoever by the sales person, I have to initiate everything and cannot get an information mailed or e-mailed to me...oh well...
