It doesn't come up often, but I'm so glad to have them in my corner when something does happen. We finally got the other company to accept responsibility. I've been a customer for over 10 years. It has all gone well and it is so nice to have an advocate and professional advice during the process. I love the advice on coverages too. I really didn't know quite what I needed or why, but was quickly explained my options. These guys can quickly compare and quote policies with lots of companies. I've changed my insurance company through the years, but not my agent. I've been super happy with Patterson and Associates.
