If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Twice in a period of four weeks my 16yr olds therapists just didn't show up/call for her session. Do not schedule with " Angela. " No explanation. Nothing. Every time I called I got different explanations. An "error." or "Sorry, but we're all set for next week." Then, again, no call. Getting in touch of the manager/founder/owner, " Nick" who is always in "meetings," not going to happen. The worst and poorly operated mental health facility ever. Do not waste your time if you actually need a counselor!!!!!!!! They will charge your insurance but not call or show up for your appointment. Scam artists. Sickening.
