We had some major mold damage in our house and the insurance company didn't want to pay us much so I called Assurance Claims Services and hired Frank James. Once Frank got involved then miraculously the insurance company started to play ball and they paid us what we were owed. We ended up getting double the amount of money after Frank got involved. Frank was great. He knows his stuff and helped us throughout the entire process. I have recommended him to my friends and he has already got a new client from one of my referrals. Frank and his team were THE BEST. Insurance company initially told me I wasn't covered after the recent freeze. Our pipes burst and we had major damage. Frank told me he would take care of it and, boy, did he. Had a check in-hand within 3 days and we received enough overall to cover ALL repairs AND his fee. I would never file an insurance claim without him moving forward and neither should you.

We had a fire in a small condo community that affected two units primarily. Frank did a great job for us. We are positive that the payout we received from the insurance company ended up being much higher than it would have been if we didn't have Frank representing us. We have used public adjusters before and sometimes it can slow the process down - and since this occurred during the pandemic, it was sure to take even longer. But Frank was very sensitive to our concerns on getting everything settled as quickly as possible, and he really stayed on top of the insurance company to make sure it moved along faster. He also provided great advice to us. We can highly recommend Frank, and while we hope we never have to use him again, if we find ourselves in a situation where we have another insurance claim, he'll be the first person we call!
