Should have reviewed this company before. Very very unprofessional I received wrong information and policy was canceled. When I spoke to the owner he insisted he gave my friend the info NOT ME. He not once asked to speak to me to verify anything. He now wants to charge me my premium again after only less than a month of paying my first premium. I contacted this man by phone and no answer, by text and replys came in 3 days later. He asks for card info by text, really who does that? Fraud and Shady...everyone protect yourself and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, Manager Jackie, Elizabeth and staff are very rude and just lazy. They never return calls or provide any assistance, nothing but excuses. Thankfully I haven't needed much over the years but this place is a complete disgrace and disappointment. When I did need assistance or direction I had to go in person and was told I need to call the 1-800 number FOR EVERYTHING! They can't help they only write policies and then you're on your own
