The door states that the business opens at 9:00 during the week, this is FALSE . I sat and waited for 35 minutes , they opened at 9:35. This has happened more than once! If you're never going to open on time at least change the hours posted on the door so that customers won't be waiting. I've been a customer for a while and I personally don't believe that this is the right way to do business and definitely not good customer service. I was late to my daughters graduation because of this! Even after opening I never received an apology.
