The absolute WORST title company we've ever dealt with. We've got a file with them (a novation deal where we're the assignor) where we specifically asked beforehand if they're able to work with such transactions. And they said yes, they work with novation deals. We've had this deal stuck with this time wasting machine for over a month completing all sorts of documents they needed. Only to come to us 3 days before closing saying that they need to change the entire plan of how this will take place and they will need us to (get ready for this one) TERMINATE OUR AGREEMENT WITH THE BUYER OR TERMINATE OUR AGREEMENT WITH THE SELLER. AND GET PAID OUTSIDE OF CLOSING BY THE SELLER. LOL. They also said they could do an assignment of contract which is not the way these transactions work. We've been doing these types of transactions in and outside of Texas for YEARS. and never did I face such unprofessional newbies like these ones. My advice to yall would be if you can't do such deals. Be transparent right from the start. And say that you're not the person we're looking for. To everyone; stay away from this title company. an absolute waste of time and resource.

Do not work with them😡😡 They send a check out, without the owners consent after she said she would pick it up N said they can't do nothing about it n cant fine no information about the check, unless they request it smh... That bullshit! Its there money n have no idea where their checks go n get cashed out... smh That was really irresponsible of their part😡 Dnt work with them!

I have had the pleasure of closing at least 5 transactions w Deborah Huskey and Rebecca Russell. Simply put- they are fantastic. As a mortgage company, you want fast and accurate response and concierge style service. They do not disappoint!!!
