I had a unique lightning strike claim that was extremely complicated. I was referred to call Daman at Jansen and it was the best decision I could've made in this situation. Daman was beyond helpful and got us what we deserved. We would've been totally lost in this process without him. He was informative, patient and kind throughout the process. The same cannot be said about our carrier. I've already sent his contact information to a few people who have had issues recently with their carriers. My family hired Jason Roetter and Daman Garrison shortly after our garage/house fire in late 2025. We lost two vehicles (SUV & F150) in the garage, but our house was still standing after the event. All contents inside the house were smoke-damaged and contaminated with toxins from the hybrid vehicles. The Jansen team performed a complete inventory of all items inside the house, including every AA battery in the junk drawer, and presented a master inventory list. They fought our insurance company for every dime and surpassed our expectations. I firmly believe that if we had not hired Jansen, we would not have received as much money and would have had a lot more frustrations.
