I'm at the San Marcos, Texas location. EVERY time I come to make my payment, it's closed. They open at 10:00 a.m., and it's 10:22 a.m. and it's still closed. I come right around lunchtime and it's closed. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there a phone number I can call? Isn't there someone who can take care of this?
