Taylor was so nice and professional. She provided me with the information I needed in just a few minutes. I was really impressed with her assistance and knowledge about my warranty. Taylor, her last name is around here.,But can't find it. Taylor was very helpful with the info I needed for my extended warranty. It is no longer associated with First advantage so I was hoping to get a good price for 4 years for my car, unfortunately first advantage gave me a better deal Taylor was checking if she could help me out since I am with you folks for 15 yes, but that didn't.work. Taylor was very perfessional and very patient with me because I have a hard time hearing. I told her if I went to any business and she worked for them, I would definitely buy what she is selling if I needed it. She is extremely kind, very friendly, that you just want to learn more of what she has to say. If she was my employee and watch how she treats customers, I think a raise is in the near future. I wanted to ensure a 2019 Audi A4 Premium didn’t have any issues before purchasing. As we all know, unseen problems can quickly turn a used car purchase into a nightmare. It was quick yet thorough, and he gave us a detailed overview of the car and answered any questions. He even caught that the cruise control lever was broken and we were able to knock $1000 off the price because of it. All in all put our minds at ease, and we ended up buying a great car.
