Even though they changed addresses, they are still the same people. I believe their new address is: 1402 W Mayfield Rd. Ste 410 Arlington, TX 76015 I've never met a better insurance agent. Before I really got educated about my finances and how to effectively manage my insurance, I used to go to any random insurance agent down the street and ask them for insurance or look online to insurance brokers. After a few minor claims and them not really educating me this on the impact this has on my record and the cost associated with my insurance, I really didn't feel like insurance agencies were really doing much for me except keeping my car and I legal in the state of Texas and taking my money. This is, until I found Via Insurance Agency through a friend's recommendation. I will never view an insurance agent the same way again, or go to anyone else for that matter. Having a great agent is the difference between paying a high premium and knowing your covered vs not knowing what you're going into and paying more out of pocket. Tan and Yum have really educated me on what I need from my insurance and how it isn't just a mechanism for them to make money. They treat you like family. In addition to that, they do not pressure you into accepting a quote from them just because they educate you about this stuff. I am truly glad that these people are my insurance agents and am thankful on how they changed my life and saved me thousands of dollars and time.

Tan is simply the man to do business with. Unlike any other agency I’ve dealt with. Was first purchasing general liability and he not only found the best rate but was patient and communicated with me throughout the process. He even handled having them correct a few minor flaws in the policy and dealt w a company personally that was trying to be additionally insured on my policy. If you’re reading this, you have to atleast give him a shot. It was worth it comparing to others. Nothing but love!
