Unprofessional scam artists. Shamez and Karim Pirani loaned our company $20,000 for a real estate investment. We promised them 75% ROI broken down as 5% per month. Given their law and title experience, we were hoping for a long term fruitful partnership. However, we are now unable to pay them off because they are strategically non responsive which affects our ability to refinance our property and release our their secondary lien. Time is of the essence in these circumstances and it has been weeks of phone calls mismatching emails and numerous excuses on their behalf of why we are unable to pay off the amount we agreed on. They want more money due to circumstances that were purposely left out of our agreement which they obviously have leverage in foreseeing, typical lawyer scams. Be very careful who you do business with.
