The folks at Aztec Storage and the facilities themselves have been indispensable for my storage needs in Houston! Every employee I have interacted with, either by phone or email, has been friendly and super helpful. The storage facility hours are very reasonable, locating and accessing the unit was extremely simple, thanks to the staff's clear and concise communication. Payments were easy and reasonable (I had mine on autopay, which was great!). Location, for me, was perfect.
**PRO-TIP: If you need to donate some things to clear out, the Goodwill donation center around the corner from the 34th St. Aztec location is super convenient and the all the workers there are delightful!**
If and when you are no longer in need of the storage unit, the checkout process is very streamlined - a simple email from the 'Contact Us' section of Aztec's website set everything in motion for my very transparent and hassle-free check-out. If I lived in Houston and still had need of a storage unit there, I absolutely would have stuck with Aztec. I cannot thank y'all enough for your service!

Getting rather run down and limited maintenance preformed.
The driveways are gravel and many large potholes. Things get dusty, especially when tenants drive thru fast.
The sump pumps fail often and then it floods. I've seen it over a foot deep. All 4 sides are higher than the middle so this is a flood disaster waiting to happen.
Tenants leave things hanging out from over their units far enough to hit passing vehicles. And, many tenants just dump their trash on the ground.
This used to be a decent storage facility.
