I have been in the mortgage industry for over 26 years, and this was one of the most frustrating title experiences I have had. Communication was poor throughout the transaction, with delayed responses that often took days. The biggest concern occurred right before closing, when it became clear that the survey issue had not been addressed earlier in the process. This created an avoidable delay and pushed the closing back by approximately one week. In my opinion, better communication and earlier review of closing requirements could have prevented this issue. Based on this experience, I would not choose to work with this title company again or refer future business to them.
