Absolutely terrible company. Quick to reach out and make issues urgent when it’s something they need from you but when you need something from them you have to call and email multiple times before getting what you need. DO NOT buy a home from them if you do not live in frisco tx. Been over a week and still haven’t been able to get mailbox keys because of them. They still havent picked up for sale sign or key lockbox.. They took too long to pay my realtor. We had an appointment for 9am with THEIR notary for closing day and they said “oh the notary cancelled….” Bs they never scheduled the appointment with 30 days notice… was going to have to wait till 1 pm, thankfully our lender told them no, 12pm and you will meet them at the house… we still didnt get the closing documents till a week later!! Never do business with BCHH TITLE

This is the worst title company to have to deal with! The day of closing they didn’t send anyone like they were supposed to and then when they did the person they sent was rude! After signing the documents it took over a week to get a copy of closing documents and we didn’t even get them from the title company we had to get them from the notary…I sent several emails and called multiple times and never received a email back or got anyone on the phone. They were absolutely slow through the entire process. They also took forever to pay the realtor! Avoid this title company if you can!!
