I don’t even remember exactly when I made the switch from Germania to Beadle Insurance, but with each year that passes, I’m more grateful that I did. A recent experience really brought that into focus. While I was in Amarillo, someone backed into me in a parking lot. My cousin’s first instinct was, “Call your insurance agent.” I did—and Kenny answered right away. He calmly walked me through exactly what I needed to do in a situation where, as is often the case in this part of Texas, law enforcement does not respond to minor accidents: gather the other driver’s insurance and license information, get full contact details, and document everything with photos. (Thankfully, as a photographer, I already had that part covered.) Kenny handled everything quickly and efficiently, even submitting a claim to the other carrier that same afternoon. That level of responsiveness and support meant a lot in that moment. I’m truly thankful to have Kenny and the team at Beadle Insurance alongside me through this process.
