The closing process was smooth and fast they were even a sister company of the title company in Wyoming which made things very easy.
A word of caution to New Builder Buyers, stave off the excitement of your new home and make sure you do your due diligence in the pre close. Have a friend or spouse with you that has a detail eye do not do it alone.
Make sure you know your warranty some items are not covered and this will create an overall bad experience. Before you sign the papers make sure key items like tubs, showers, and concrete are in pristine condition because some of those items are not covered in the warranties.
Get gutters, not having them can invalidate your foundation warranty well worth the 2k-5k.
