This company has a SERIOUS lack of attention to detail. They misspelled our last name multiple times, even after corrections. The worst mistake was entering the wrong bank account number for our wire transfer. We carefully confirmed the number several times, yet they still submitted it incorrectly. Even more concerning, they did not catch the error — we discovered it ourselves hours later after requesting the transfer details. We were told they would contact the bank and call us back, but we never received a call. They did not even apologize for the mistake. This level of negligence and poor communication is unacceptable in financial transactions like these. After so many careless mistakes, it makes me wonder what other errors may have gone unnoticed. I would NEVER USE this company again and would NOT recommend them. Please go to somewhere else.

Alexia stayed on top of everything, always quick to answer our emails and we even closed earlier than expected, which was perfect since we were in a bit of a rush. Kacie was great and took the time to explain all the closing docs at closing and made sure we knew what we were signing
